G4 Boyz, a rap duo from New York, made up of two brothers of Nigerian and Ghanaian descent, are combining UK and US drill music through collaborations with UK rappers and producers.

Hailing from Staten Island, Buggy and Ice Baby released their debut track Patek Philippe featuring Tory Lanez in 2018, before recruiting UK based G4 Choppa (previously known as Choppa) to collaborate on their drill hit Local Scammer at the end of 2019. Since then, they’ve made their mark with a distinctive sound, known as ‘scam drill’, with the release of the Local Scammer remixes and Prada, which saw chart success in the UK, US, Nigeria and Ghana. This year, G4 Boyz are working on their album SCAM, with release details still to be announced.
